Must Have · BS or BA in Computer Science or related field. · 7+ years of full-stack development experience (Java/Spring Boot backend and React/Angular with TypeScript/JavaScript frontend). · Strong understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization. · Proven experience leading technical projects or teams in an agile environment. · Proficiency with REST APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). · Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines. · Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Curiosity and willingness to learn, teach, and grow within a collaborative team environment. About the Role As Director of Engineering, you will help transform behavioral health care by building the platform behind our care model. Your work will directly shape how care is delivered, measured, and improved through technology, so clients and clinicians get consistently high-quality experiences. In addition to base compensation, this role also offers a performance bonus. The expected total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $285,000 and $346,500 per year. Key Responsibilities Driving Stratigic Growth: • Help drive the growth of the TDD Practice in alignment with broader business objectives, with responsibility for identifying opportunities, driving growth and growing revenue;, • Act as a technical and thought leader both internally and externally in the market;, • Technical Due Diligence Leadership: Lead and deliver technical due diligence for Transport/Energy/Social assets. Conduct site visits and assess asset condition, performance, and risks., • Project Management: Manage multi-disciplinary teams across geographies, languages, time-zones and cultures, integrating external specialists and internal colleagues to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective outcomes., • Client Advisory: Translate technical findings into actionable insights for investors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will meet most of the requirements outlined below: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial) or related field; Master’s degree preferred., • 10+ years of professional experience in infrastructure sector and/or design/construction/operation/maintenance work experience.
