We’re partnering with a fast-growing healthcare technology company that’s rethinking how pharmacy benefit management works through a modern SaaS platform. They’re looking for a Product Education Specialist who can turn complexity into clarity and help clients actually use the product, not just buy it. This is part storyteller, part translator, part trainer. You’ll sit at the intersection of product and people, helping clients and internal teams understand how everything works and why it matters. If you enjoy taking something highly technical and making it feel intuitive, this is your lane. What You’ll Do • Build and evolve a thoughtful, easy-to-navigate product knowledge base (how-to guides, walkthroughs, FAQs, release notes), • Translate complex PBM workflows like claims adjudication, prior authorization, and formulary management into clear, usable content, • Lead live and virtual trainings for new and existing clients, making sure they feel confident using the platform, • Create engaging training materials, from decks to quick guides to video scripts, • Deliver product demos that connect the dots between platform functionality and real-world client needs, • Partner closely with product, implementation, and account teams to stay ahead of updates and turn them into meaningful education, • Gather feedback and continuously refine content so it actually resonates with users, • Maintain a consistent, polished voice across all documentation, • Track engagement and usage to identify gaps and improve the learning experience, • Support the sales team with demo prep and storytelling when needed What You Bring • 1–3 years of experience in product training, documentation, customer education, or a similar client-facing role, • Working knowledge of PBM concepts like claims processing, prior authorization, or benefit structures, • Strong writing skills with a knack for making technical content feel simple and approachable, • Confidence leading trainings and demos for a variety of audiences, • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball, • High attention to detail, especially when it comes to keeping content accurate and current Bonus Points • Experience in a SaaS or healthcare tech environment, • Background in instructional design or adult learning, • Experience creating video-based training content, • Familiarity with pharmacy adjudication systems Diversity Commitment At HR Soul, we embrace a rich tapestry of backgrounds and experiences within our workplace.
