Fi is looking for an Influencer Marketing Intern to help scale one of the fastest-growing influencer and affiliate programs in pet tech. This is a hands-on coordination role — you'll work directly with our social lead on creator sourcing, outreach, sample shipments, affiliate logistics, and reporting across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.What You'll Do: • Creator Sourcing: Identify and vet creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube who fit the Fi brand, • Outreach & Relationships: Run first-touch outreach, manage inbound conversations, and keep deals moving, • Sample Shipping: Own the gifting process end-to-end — pulling addresses, coordinating with ops, packing and sending product, tracking deliveries, and confirming receipt, • Affiliate Coordination: Support our affiliate program day-to-day — approving and adding partners within Awin and pulling performance data. Bonus if familiar with ShareASale and CreatorIQ, • Reporting: Monitor posts, pull performance and affiliate data, and help us understand what's working, • Trend-Spotting: Stay ahead of platform trends, emerging creators, and what's resonating in pet and lifestyle content, • Database Hygiene: Keep our creator tracker, affiliate roster, and content library clean and easy to pull fromWhat You'll Bring:, • A recent grad in marketing, comms, or a related field, • Your own creator presence on TikTok, Instagram, and/or YouTube — you've sat on the other side of a brand deal and understand how influencer marketing actually works, • Chronically online — you know the creators, trends, and platforms cold, • Familiarity with Awin (or a comparable affiliate platform like ShareASale, Impact, or Rakuten) — you don't need to have run a program, but the interface shouldn't be new to you, • Exceptional organization and follow-through — this role lives or dies by logistics, • Comfortable with shipping logistics and juggling multiple in-flight sample sends, • Confident running outreach and managing creator conversations, • A point of view on what makes a great brand/creator partnership, • Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, and Google SuiteThe anticipated base rate for this position is $18-20 per hour.
