The Housing Specialist - is responsible for identifying suitable housing options for program participants and their families and assisting the participants to achieve sustainable and healthy independent living. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Working under the supervision of the CES Housing Navigation Manager, the primary role of the Housing Specialist is to: The Housing Specialist is responsible for identifying suitable housing options for program participants and their families and assisting the participants to achieve sustainable and healthy independent living. Part of services team for the program, the Housing Specialist participates in all stages of client service: assessment, services planning, engagement and delivery. Request the patient sign a waiver for release of information which will allow communication with the other practitioner in case of need (e.g., deterioration of the patient’s condition)., • Flag high-risk patients to the Medical Directors, Physician Extenders, and Regional Clinical Leadership (RCL) and highlight the conditions concerned., • Refer such patients to the Medical Directors, Physician Extenders or RCLs (Regional Clinical Leadership) based on the urgency, utilizing the informal Referral Policy or the scheduled Treatment Team/Case Conference session., • Review physician notes, following the Medical Directors or Physician Extenders’ session with the patient, verifying that they noted and addressed the high-risk factor, or otherwise bring it immediately to the attention of the supervising counselor, as well as the clinic manager, until the matter’s proper and professional handling by the physician or physician extender., • Advise, in writing, other staff members (including the clinic manager, supervising counselor, dispensing nurse and front office) of high-risk patients and their condition. Maintain and circulate minutes from treatment team/case conference sessions to the other staff members., • Provide professional counseling and referral services by:, • Addressing patients’ clinical and special needs by maintaining referrals to specialized (“second tier”) services rendered by physicians, physician extenders and counselors within Aegis, as well as referrals to Keys to Recovery (or other twelve-step) support groups, and other community resources (e.g., agencies and practitioners outside of Aegis), acting as a liaison to these agencies, as necessary., • Providing individual and group counseling as clinically necessary, to address the problem issues identified in the Initial Assessment and Treatment Plans. The Rental Service Agent is a dual-focused role: • Customer Experience Champion for rentals THE ROLE The Rental Service Agent executes all customer-facing rental operations and performs professional RV sales demonstrations to convert leads into buyers. This is a hands-on, customer-centric role combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and follow-up sales management. Across rentals and sales, this role ensures every vehicle, every interaction, and every customer moment reflects Indie Campers' high standards. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? • Customer Service & Operations: Conduct check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and provide ongoing rental support. Handle service recovery and emergencies with empathy., • Sales Demonstrations & Customer Engagement: Prepare and perform RV demos, showcasing features, specs, and customer-specific needs. Ensure smooth handovers and all documentation is in order., • Sales Conversion & Lead Management: Track leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM. Convert rental customers into sales opportunities, and support the RV Sales District and City Lead to meet targets., • Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Maintain knowledge of Indie Campers RV models and perform basic system demos (lighting, gas, etc.). Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? • Must have: 1-3 years in customer service, sales, hospitality, rental, or automotive environments., • Must have: Strong communication and customer engagement skills., • Must have: Ability to understand and explain technical RV/vehicle systems., • Must have: Hands-on, adaptable, solution-oriented under pressure., • Proficiency using Nice to have: CRM tools, Must have: rental systems, or nice to have: digital sales software., • Must have: Organised, detail-focused, and proactive in managing leads or customers., • Must have: Driving License (Category B) required., • Must have: English and Nice to have: local-language proficiency (if applicable). PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS • Must Have: Able to stand, walk, and move around the depot for extended periods throughout the day., • Must have: Able to lift or carry light to moderate items (10–15 kg)., • Must have: Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions., • Must have: Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules., • Must have: Ability to interact with customers in different emotional states (excited, stressed, confused) with calmness and professionalism.
