Serving as their sales leaders, we shepherd each emerging brand to build a profitable and sustainable business in these non-traditional channels., • All Snax – As a wholesale snack broker, our experienced All Snax team fills a gap in the market, connecting Direct-to-Store-Distributors with brand partners/manufacturers to service independent convenience stores across the country with a wide variety of CPG products. Position Overview: Responsible for leading and managing strategic relationships with retail accounts, focusing on the Convenience retail channel. This role ensures consistent sales growth, strong brand representation, and successful execution of customer strategies that align with broader business objectives. Will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and externally with key decision-makers to drive revenue, enhance customer satisfaction, and grow market share. May collaborate cross-functionally to develop Food Service business growth. Full-time position. Reports to the Director of Sales. Travel required: minimum 60% annually. Assigned Territory: NY Metro and Northeast Job Duties: • Manage retail, distributor, and indirect business relationships for the assigned territory within the Convenience, Travel, and/or Alt Channels., • Develop and execute sales strategies designed to achieve distribution, volume, revenue, and profitability objectives for assigned brands and customers., • Achieve sales goals and profit objectives while managing trade spending budgets and promotional investments., • Develop an annual sales and spending plan by customer in collaboration with brand partners that includes pricing, features & performance, and item authorization goals, • Responsible for assisting in setting revenue expectations, disciplined forecasting, pursuit of high-volume opportunities, and reporting information, achievements, and issues, • Secure retail promotional opportunities within trade spending guidelines and conduct post analysis, • Execute strategic sales process to generate sales opportunities - identify new sales opportunities, secure appointments, and manage opportunities through successful close, • Build rapport with key buyers and senior management with the customer along with executing annual Top to Top meetings, • Negotiate terms of business with customers to achieve win/win results that provide the basis for strong ongoing relationships and increased revenue, • Develop and deliver quality sales presentations and strategic recommendations to customers and brands, • Analyze sales performance, distributor activity, retailer trends, and marketplace data to identify opportunities, risks, and corrective actions, • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure successful execution of customer programs and initiatives., • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, customer records, and reporting within company systems and required reporting platforms., • May collaborate cross-functionally to drive Food Service business growth, including developing relationships with brands, retailers, and distributors; presenting food service products to customers through product cuttings, tradeshows, and customer meetings, and developing sales strategies for Food Service brands., • Monitor competitive activity, category trends, pricing, and emerging consumer insights to proactively identify growth opportunities within the marketplace., • Participate in customer meetings, appropriate industry events, trade shows and outings, etc. throughout the year, • Ability to travel minimum 60% annually to retailer, wholesaler, and other work-related locations Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field, • 3+ years convenience retail, category management, or sales, preferably within the Convenience or CPG class of trade., • Strong commercial acumen with a strategic and analytical mindset., • Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with CRM and forecasting tools preferred., • Demonstrated organizational, communication (written and oral), and presentation skills., • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize., • Self-starter, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid environment.
