Job Description Under supervision of the Director of Nursing or designee, the Community Support Services LPN provides nursing services and education for the agency’s consumer population enrolled in the Community Support Services (CSS) programs. Consumers are provided nursing services via flexible nursing staff scheduling to cover morning, day and evening consumer needs. Nursing coverage also includes weekends and holidays providing coverage 4 hours in the morning and four hours in the evening.
