Our client is currently interviewing for a Litigation Paralegal. This is a full-time, in-office position with the possibility of occasional remote work after 6–12 months, subject to business needs, scheduled events, and case deadlines. Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience. They are a mid-sized trial law firm seeking a highly motivated and experienced paralegal to support attorneys in a broad range of litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Manage cases from inception through trial * Conduct document review and organize discovery materials * Prepare for client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trials * Analyze and summarize legal documents and medical records * Assist with vetting and coordinating witnesses and experts * Maintain and organize client files * Communicate with experts and vendors * Provide comprehensive trial preparation and case support * Multitask and prioritize deadlines efficiently Requirements * Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal/Legal Studies or Paralegal Certificate * Minimum of 3+ years of paralegal experience, including at least 3 years in civil litigation involving personal injury at the state and federal levels * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities * Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment Benefits * Competitive salary and benefits package * Paid parking Application Instructions: Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by submitting a resume, cover letter, and salary requirements.
