Job Description My name is Kenji Terawaki, and I am the Chef Consultant for the Chilean Fresh Fruit Association (Frutas de Chile). We are excited to participate in the upcoming Global Floral and Produce Show at the Anaheim Convention Center, taking place October 16–18, 2025. This is one of the largest industry events in the United States, bringing together hundreds of companies from around the globe to showcase floral and produce products. For the past 20 years, our Chilean booth has been one of the largest at the show. This year, our 4,200-square-foot booth will be transformed into a full-service restaurant offering a complete menu inspired by the fresh fruits Chile exports to the United States. Each recipe will be thoughtfully crafted to highlight these ingredients, incorporated into both savory creations and sweets. We would like to invite quilify candidates to join our culinary team. We are seeking individuals with strong knife skills, knowledge of safe food handling, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team players who can assist with mise en place, cooking, and plating will be essential. While portions are tasting-sized, the standard of execution will be on par with any professional kitchen. Prep days: October 16 Show days: October 17–18 Compensation: Paid for all five days, with parking at the convention center covered.
