We respond to emergency losses, work with homeowners and insurance carriers, and get properties put back together quickly and professionally. We are looking for a driven, money-motivated Sales Pro / Project Manager to run in-home inspections, sign jobs, and manage them through completion. This is a sales role first if youre not comfortable asking for the signature, this isnt your job. What Youll Do • Respond to scheduled inspections (no door-to-door) for:, • Water damage, • Fire/smoke damage, • Mold and related issues, • Meet with homeowners on-site, inspect the damage, and present our services clearly and confidently, • Sign work authorizations and secure the job on the first visit whenever possible, • Document the loss (photos, notes, basic measurements) for estimating and production, • Communicate with:, • Homeowners, • Insurance adjusters, • Plumbers and referral partners, • Oversee jobs at a high level:, • Make sure the work matches what was sold, • Keep the customer informed, • Handle basic problem-solving on site, • Protect the companys reputation by being professional, responsive, and solution-focused What Were Looking For • Proven sales experience, ideally in:, • Home services, construction, restoration, roofing, solar, HVAC, etc., • Comfortable in in-home sales and face-to-face communication, • Confident, clear communicator who can:, • Build trust quickly, • Break down the process in simple terms, • Ask for the sale without being weird about it, • Organized and reliable with follow-up, • Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle, • Restoration or insurance experience is a plus, but not required we will train the right closer on the technical side Compensation • Commission: Paid on job revenue (water, fire, mold, smoke) with uncapped earning potential!, • Realistic first-year earnings: 120K+ for someone who actually works the leads, • Company Car, • Phone/laptop/tools This role is ideal for someone who: • Wants performance-based income, • Likes being in the field, not stuck at a desk, • Can handle pressure, homeowners, and adjusters without falling apart
