Utilize hand tools and equipment to restore vehicles to their pre-accident condition. Repair or replace auto glass as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Stay updated on the latest automotive repair techniques and technologies. Requirements Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in automotive repair. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Proficiency in using hand tools and automotive equipment. Experience with auto restoration projects is a plus. Ability to fabricate parts as necessary for repairs. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Previous experience working in a dealership setting is preferred but not required.
