Job Description We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through final completion. This role is focused on property damage restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, repair work, and insurance-related project management. The right candidate will have direct restoration project management experience and be comfortable managing customers, crews, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, documentation, and project communication. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the restoration industry, can keep projects moving efficiently, and can maintain strong communication and quality standards from start to finish. Responsibilities • Manage restoration projects from initial assessment through completion, • Oversee mitigation, reconstruction, repair work, and project closeout, • Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, materials, inspections, and project schedules, • Review scopes of work, estimates, budgets, job files, and project documentation, • Communicate regularly with property owners, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, • Monitor job progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards, • Identify and resolve project delays, field issues, change orders, and customer concerns, • Track project costs, approvals, documentation, photos, and updates throughout the project lifecycle, • Support estimating, supplements, insurance documentation, and project billing as needed, • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and restoration industry best practices, • Represent the company professionally with customers, insurance contacts, and trade partners Requirements • Restoration Project Management experience required, • Strong knowledge of mitigation, reconstruction, property damage repair, and restoration workflows, • Experience managing multiple active projects in a fast-paced environment, • Experience working with homeowners, commercial property owners, adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors, • Ability to review scopes of work, estimates, budgets, schedules, and job documentation, • Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills, • Comfortable working in both office and field/jobsite environments, • Ability to keep jobs moving without constant supervision, • Must be local to the New Hampton, NY area or able to reliably commute to project sites, • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Benefits • Competitive compensation based on experience, • Opportunity to manage restoration projects from start to finish, • Hands-on role with direct ownership over active jobs, • Direct visibility to leadership, • Collaborative team environment, • Variety of mitigation, reconstruction, repair, and restoration projects, • Opportunity to make a direct impact on customer experience, project quality, and company growth
