This role blends empathetic customer service with performance-driven sales to guide individuals and families toward life-changing legal solutions. This is a blended role that will be responsible for achieving individual and team metrics. Responsibilities • Manage a high volume ofinbound and outboundcalls with empathy and professionalism., • Conduct thoroughclient needs assessmentsto identify how our services can help., • Convert qualified leads into initial consultations through aconsultative, trust-building approach., • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, includingsales conversions and call handling metrics., • Maintain accurate and timely notes in ourCRM system., • Work closely with teammates to continuously improve client experience and sales strategy., • Navigate sensitive conversations withcultural awareness, discretion, and compassion., • Lead a small team of representatives and act as a coach and mentor., • The ideal candidate for thisrole mustpossess previousdemonstrated success insales., • Fluent bilingual skillsin English and Spanish (native or near-native fluency), • Minimum3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in service-based industries, • Strong customer service background and phone communication skills, • Proven experience as a mentor or team lead, • Ability towork some evenings/weekends, depending on client demand Preferred Background • Experience in legal services, healthcare, insurance, or financial services, • Background in high-volume phone-based environments such as call centers or client intake, • Previous roles in education sales, real estate, or coaching programs, • Familiarity with CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms Preferred Background • $20.00 - $25.00/hrly (DOE) Work Location • Glendale, AZ Schedule • Flexible (available for evenings/weekends, depending on client demand)
