How you'll contribute A Clinical Liaison who excels in this role: • Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital, • Assist and coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening process, • Perform on-site (typically in a referring facility) clinical judgment to determine the appropriateness of the patient for admission, • Communicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families. Communicates with patients, determines admission appropriateness, and assesses the patient's expectations and requirements for participation., • Secures information relating to patients' resources and benefits We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Applicants should have Clinical Licensure as an RN, PT, OT, SLP, or MSW and a bachelor's degree.
