How you'll contribute A Clinical Liaison who excels in this role: • Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital, • Assist and coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening process, • Perform on-site (typically in a referring facility) clinical judgment to determine the appropriateness of the patient for admission, • Communicates rehabilitation and facility options to patients and families. Communicates with patients, determines admission appropriateness, and assesses the patient's expectations and requirements for participation., • Secures information relating to patients' resources and benefits We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
