Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Field Activity Planning & Execution • Build and run a weekly field activity plan, logged on a shared calendar, following the same activity-tracking model used by Elite’s marketing team., • Complete a defined weekly volume of field activities, including:, • Community outreach events, job fairs, and local hiring events, • Visits to and partnerships with community organizations, workforce development agencies, faith-based groups, and social service agencies, • Employer partnerships that can serve as candidate referral sources, • In-person visits and ongoing relationship building with HHA/PCA training schools and certification programs, • Attendance at training-school graduations and certification ceremonies to recruit directly from a certified pipeline, • Referral-generation activities with current caregivers and field staff, • Log every field activity on the calendar with date, location, contact, and outcome so activity can be tied to referral and hire results.Training-School Partnerships, • Build and maintain relationships with local HHA/PCA training schools and program coordinators to become their preferred employer partner., • Attend graduations and class presentations to meet newly certified aides and recruit them directly into Elite’s hiring process.Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Tracking, • Source candidate referrals generated through field activity and move them promptly into the hiring process., • Screen referrals for fit, including conducting interviews, verifying HHA/PCA certification, and collecting initial demographic information., • Own candidate entry into JazzHR and keep applicant records complete, accurate, and current throughout the pipeline., • Confirm every applicant is qualified and holds valid, verifiable certification before submitting them for hire.Onboarding & Orientation Support, • Maintain a working knowledge of Elite’s onboarding and orientation process, including required compliance documentation for each new hire., • Facilitate weekly new-hire orientation when needed to support the team and maintain hiring continuity.Reporting, • Track and report weekly field activity, applicants sourced, and applicant-to-hire conversion to the SVP NY Operations., • Use activity and conversion data to identify the highest-yield referral sources and adjust the weekly activity plan accordingly., • Activity Log due every Thursday.Weekly Production Targets:MetricTargetFrequencyApplicants sourced7Per weekApplicant-to-hire conversion≥ 35%Per weekHires (approx.)4–5Per week Qualifications and Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education & Experience • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred., • 1–3 years of recruiting, sales, business development, or community outreach experience; home care or healthcare staffing experience strongly preferred., • Familiarity with New York HHA/PCA certification requirements and the local training-school landscape preferred., • Experience with an applicant tracking system (JazzHR preferred).Skills & Abilities, • Self-directed and activity-driven; comfortable working to weekly volume and conversion targets., • Strong relationship-building, networking, and in-person presentation skills., • Sound judgment in screening candidates for fit, reliability, and compliance requirements., • Highly organized, with disciplined calendar management and accurate record keeping., • Comfortable tracking and reporting activity and conversion metrics., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar tools., • Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages common in the Westchester community) a plus., • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally throughout Westchester and surrounding areas.Work Environment: Primarily field-based, with regular local travel to training schools, community partners, employers, and outreach events throughout Westchester, NY and surrounding areas. Occasional travel to Bronx Office as needed. Office-based work (screening, JazzHR entry, reporting, and orientation as needed) at the Westchester, NY office location when established (remote until then). Some evening or weekend hours may be required for graduations and community events. Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is 60,000-70,000/Annually. Final compensation will depend on factors such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
