Your Day in the Life of an Agent Performance Manager You will use your industry expertise, analytical abilities, creativity and passion to create compelling insights into improving and sustaining the performance of Toyota Insurance Dealer Point of Sale business. Provide individual Dealer agent action plans based on analysis and observed trends. Coordinate ongoing training for Dealer point of sale agents. Agent Performance Manager Job Responsibilities: Improve and sustain Dealer Agent Performance (50%) Review Dealer Agent performance, utilizing support provided by Performance Consultant to directly impact Agent Sales, Retention, Customer Service Performance, and profitability through analysis, consultation and recommendations. Train, guide and coach Dealer Agents and necessary Dealer Personnel for optimum performance. Influence directly/indirectly agent performance to achieve KPIs. Create individual dealer agent action plans with new and retention goals. Coordinate and ensure compliance and health of book for agents and agency Manage and Develop Performance Consultant and Toyota Insurance Agents (35%) Manage and Develop direct reports, including completing bi-annual performance assessments. Coordinate Performance Consultant projects to deliver results and meet expectations of Performance Team (Performance Manager and Performance Consultant). Develop Performance Consultant and Toyota Insurance agents to provide possible succession/promotion career pathing. Report Performance, Blockers, and Administration (15%) Submit monthly contact report for each Dealer agent. Communicate and reinforce company policies and processes to Dealer agents. Communicate functionality issues to product team and management. Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment (i.e., onsite work arrangement). You will also experience great mentorship and knowledge sharing from seasoned professionals. You will directly manage Toyota Insurance Agents in Dealerships and be responsible for influence Dealer employed agents. Over time this may adjust based on business needs, mastery of the position by the individual, and delivery of results. Physical Requirements: • Ability to sit for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours per day), • Frequent use of computer keyboard and mouse with repetitive hand/wrist motions, • Visual acuity sufficient to read documents and computer screens for extended periods, • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 10-15 pounds occasionally (files, supplies, etc.), • Ability to walk intermittently on various surfaces including concrete, asphalt, gravel, and potentially uneven terrain., • Hearing sufficient to participate in phone calls and meetings., • Ability to reach, bend, and twist occasionally to access equipment. About your manager This role will report directly to Director Partnerships and Dealer Channel. Your manager has 30+ years of Dealership and corporate automotive experience, including consulting Dealers as an OEM Representative. Relationship building, accuracy, excellent communication, emotional intelligence and a commitment to high quality work are all expected and valued with this individual.
