Job Description Medical Device Sales Representative / Associate Representative Territory: East-Central Upstate NY (Syracuse) Must reside within a few hours of Albany/Syracuse. We are a well-established distributor of capital and consumable medical equipment, representing both leading manufacturers and innovative start-ups. We’re seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Representative/Associate to grow our presence across the Syracuse territory. What You’ll Do • Drive new business through cold calling, opportunity identification, and lead development., • Manage a defined territory with a strategic business plan., • Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and quote generation., • Deliver exceptional customer service and ongoing account support., • Learn and communicate technical product information to surgeons and medical staff., • Collaborate closely with the sales management team., • Bachelor’s degree (required)., • 1+ year of sales experience (medical sales preferred)., • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills., • Ability to quickly learn and apply clinical/technical product details., • Valid driver’s license., • Base salary + uncapped commission., • Monthly expense stipend., • 401(k) with profit-sharing eligibility.
