What You’ll Do As the Front Desk Pawsitivity Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment. Your key responsibilities will include: • Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor., • Managing check-ins, check-outs, and appointment scheduling with efficiency and accuracy., • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries about our services., • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area., • Assisting with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and client communications., • Collaborating with the team to ensure every pet has a safe and enjoyable experience. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a candidate with a combination of customer service skills and a love for animals. To be successful in this role, you’ll need: • Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented, • Comfortable in a busy environment with lots of dogs around, • Strong communicator with solid computer skills, • 2–4 years of customer service or front desk experience required, • Experience with phone/POS systems, • Familiarity with dog breeds and the services they may need (grooming, daycare, boarding), • Previous grooming salon or dog daycare experience is a plus, • Must love dogs and be comfortable with light handling tasks Requirements • Must be 18+, • Valid driver’s license aplus, • Must be able to lift 40 lbs, • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join Harlem Doggie Day Spa?
