This position plays a key role in ensuring creative concepts are accurately translated into market-ready packaging and communication assets. The role involves managing the end-to-end artwork process, leveraging digital artwork management platforms, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate the artwork development lifecycle, from creative briefing to final approval, ensuring visual consistency and brand alignment., • Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and production teams, as well as external agencies, to manage project timelines and deliverables., • Utilize digital artwork management platforms (e.g., ESKO WebCenter or similar systems; training provided) to facilitate artwork routing, approval workflows, and asset management., • Conduct regular artwork status meetings, track project progress, and maintain detailed records of deliverables and feedback., • Monitor budget tracking and support cost management for assigned projects., • Ensure all artwork meets quality, regulatory, and brand standards., • Support the development and implementation of best practices to improve artwork workflow efficiency.Qualifications:, • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field required., • Experience: 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or creative project management, ideally within the beauty, consumer goods, or professional products industry., • Technical Skills:, • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)., • Experience with digital artwork systems (ESKO WebCenter, TAG, or similar platforms)., • Core Competencies:, • Strong understanding of the packaging artwork process from concept through production., • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners., • Keen eye for detail, accuracy, and brand consistency., • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic environment., • Global mindset and understanding of artwork localization processes. #zip #LI-CD1
