Our salon is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they walk through the door. Responsibilities include greeting clients with a warm and welcoming attitude, managing appointments, answering/returning phone calls & emails and modest tidying up around the salon. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
