The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall, metal stud, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and project goals are met efficiently and effectively. If required, the ingots are sequenced., • Parts are removed from the molds by use of the large diameter pushout press., • Cropping: The “hot top” of the parts are cut off from the ingot. The ingot is inspected for pipe and re-cut if required. The ingots are steel stamped with the heat number., • Centerless Grinding or Rotoblasting: As required by customer specifications, the ingots are either surface (centerless) ground or rotoblasted. Centerless ground ingots will have any oxidized “skin” removed from the ingot surface., • Spot Grinding: Hand (spot) grinders are used to remove any oxidized “skin” not removed by centerless grinding.
