Key Responsibilities: Patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion Monitor surveillance equipment and access points Respond to alarms or suspicious activity Enforce property rules and regulations Prepare incident and daily activity reports Provide assistance to employees, guests, or visitors when needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years old Valid security license (armed or unarmed, depending on role) For armed positions: valid firearm license/permit and training certificate Good communication and observation skills Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods Must have no criminal record or history of illegal activities Must pass background check and drug screening
