HOST / HOSTESS (Dining Room) This position is unlike any other offered within our restaurant. You are the first and last impression the guest will take with them. All applicants should be graceful, courteous and a consummate multi-tasker. We require someone who is personable, enthusiastic and energetic. Ideal candidates must have a working knowledge and genuine interest in all areas of hospitality. You will provide support to the guests, staff, managers and owners in the daily/nightly operation of the restaurant. Fluency with Open Table for Host/ess positions preferred but not required. Three weeks before we opened Nebo Cucina & Enoteca, we brought our mother into the restaurant to teach us her and her mother’s recipes. The problem was, she never wrote anything down, it was “a little of this, a little of that.” So as she cooked, we grabbed the ingredients out of her hand, measure them, and took detailed notes. We are not classically trained chefs, but chefs who cook with our hearts and souls for friends, neighbors, and visitors alike, serving our favorite childhood dishes from the Puglia region of Italy along with an extensive collection of Italian wines and spirits. Job Description New restaurant in the South End Currently seeking Hosts and Servers who are passionate about building memories for owners/guest visiting our resort properties! Are you someone whose service orientated, courtesy, wanting to ensure our owners/guests receive the highest standards of quality of beverage, food and service. We do require preivous experience for these positions As a Food & Beverage Server you would be responsible for maintaining a clean professional work area at all times. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food to patrons. • Obtain knowledge and service of menu items and prepared beverages., • Follow all Steps of Service including, but not limited to: greeting/welcoming guests, upselling, establishing rapport, serving, pre-bussing, thanking guest, and inviting guest back., • Perform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by your supervisor to adhere to health standards.
