We are looking for Brand Ambassadors in the Buffalo, NY area!Renewal by Andersen is looking for accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidates to help perfect our customers experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Your hourly rate will be $18/hr plus bonuses. The best part is that our team gets paid every week! On average, our employees make $23/hr. This team works Monday - Friday from 9am - 6pm. There are breaks throughout the day as well as a 1-hour lunch break. Base pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.PURPOSE:This position is responsible for engaging in generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing. While doing so it is the responsibility of the canvasser to record accurate data regarding the information of prospective customers, and the targeted market area. Shift: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, Day-shift Job Duties • Support transitions of care for patients discharged from hospitals, emergency departments, and post-acute facilities by conducting timely outreach, identifying care needs, and reinforcing discharge plans, • Perform telephone triage of patients by accurately assessing symptoms based on subjective and objective findings, • Enter orders into EMR system following the organization’s standing order policy and/or per providers’ written direction, • Performs physical, psychological, and social assessment of patients, • Serves as a liaison between providers and patients by assessing patient needs and communicating health information, • Administer medications/treatments as ordered by provider and complete prior authorizations for medication and diagnostic services, • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures, in accordance with internal and legal regulations, • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and strong interpersonal skills to ensure a positive experience for patients, vendors, and other healthcare team members Qualifications Education: • 1-2 years of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting, preferred, • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification, required, • Strong clinical skills with an understanding of outpatient and ambulatory care procedures., • Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other healthcare technology, • Ability to perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage follow-up care., • Critical thinking, time management, strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to handle various clinical situations.
