Job Description but not limited to: • Customer Service - Interact with Customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely response, • Help assist with estimates, on-site estimate, Invoicing, and repair orders., • Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payment., • Interact with managers to ensure proper parts are in stock needed for jobs., • Interact with managers to ensure each truck is being worked on in a timely fashion., • Vehicle Tracking - log in info., • IPad usage., • Data Entry., • Keep organized spreadsheets/charts.
