The Bookstore Manager will be in charge of all aspects of running a profitable retail operation, ensuring that it meets or exceeds sales plans, profit objectives, operating budgets, customer service standards, and merchandising objectives. The Manager will be responsible for all primary buying and merchandising decisions, including pricing and re-ordering, as well as overseeing the Store’s financial reporting, retail accounting, and analyzing trends.
