Job DescriptionSales Development Representative (SDR)Location: New York, NY (Onsite – 5 days/week, non-negotiable) Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: • Base Salary: $90,000, • On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$135,000, • Top-of-Funnel Ownership: SDRs here are trusted to create pipeline that directly fuels company growth., • High Visibility: You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and the founding team, with real influence on messaging and strategy., • Skill Acceleration: This is a true learning environment for outbound sales, messaging, and GTM fundamentals., • Career Path: Strong performers are positioned to grow into closing or senior revenue roles as the company scales.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidates must demonstrate the ability to execute across the following areas to be considered for interview:, • Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting into technical and developer-focused accounts, • Research target accounts and buyers to craft highly personalized, thoughtful outreach, • Write compelling outbound emails and messages that break through noise—quality matters more than volume, • Engage prospects across email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels, • Own your funnel by tracking activity, follow-ups, and conversion metrics, • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to refine ICPs and outbound strategy, • Act as a frontline voice of the market by sharing objections, feedback, and messaging insightsWho This Role Is Not ForThis role is not a fit for candidates who:, • Are unsure whether they want to be in sales, • Prefer inbound-only roles or dislike prospecting, • Need constant supervision or external motivation, • Are seeking remote or hybrid work, • Are unwilling to work onsite in NYC five days per weekRequired Qualifications, • 0–1 year of sales, prospecting, or relevant experience, • NYC-based and able to work fully onsite, • Strong written communication skills, • Comfort with outbound activity and prospecting, • Clear interest in building a long-term career in sales, • High personal drive, grit, and accountability, • Authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Emphasized)Standout candidates will bring:, • Exceptional motivation and self-discipline, demonstrated through academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or competitive pursuits, • Strong writing ability with a sharp eye for clarity, relevance, and tone, • Comfort reaching out to technical audiences (engineers, developers, AI teams), • Experience or familiarity with outbound GTM tools such as Apollo, Unify, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CRM platforms, • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn fast in ambiguous environments, • Coachability, humility, and a team-first mindset
