As the Traffic Control Coordinator/Highway Safety Flagman, you will be responsible for overseeing all traffic management operations for construction and consultant bridge, overhead sign structure, and geotechnical sites, and other projects requiring traffic control. You will ensure the implementation of safety measures, compliance with traffic laws, and the smooth flow of traffic to minimize disruptions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Operate company trucks to transport materials and equipment to job sites., • Drive TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuator) vehicle to and from projects and on work sites to protect workers and work zones., • Place temporary construction signs in work areas., • Position arrow boards or variable message boards in work areas., • Set up traffic cones and other traffic safety devices in work areas., • Monitor the work zone throughout the shift to ensure items remain in their proper locations., • Collect and load traffic control items at the beginning and end of shifts., • Install, remove, and reset delineators, signs, posts, and supports., • Perform shop work, including general maintenance and repair of equipment., • Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure a safe work environment., • Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures., • Perform other work-related duties as assigned., • Perform DOT pre-trip inspections of company work vehicles when assigned to operate EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: • Valid Driver’s License, with no more then 2 points on liscence and have own vehicle to arrive at our hub location closest to you for work. Please be located within 30 minutes of our hub location to ensure meeting our hiring requirements., • Must be able to pass a background check, including motor vehicle records check before being hired., • Must successfully pass a drug test and meet federal DOT requirements. This includes random test throughout employment. COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULING: • Typical job site locations are within 2 hours of the dispatch hub. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, with a maditory 30 minuet unpaid lunch break. Employee must bring lunch to work. The sucssesful completion of the online ATSSA Flagging course must be completed within the first 30 days of employment., • After 6 months of employment, and having proven the knowledge and leadership to be a TCC foreman, a TCC course will be made available, which rewards an immediate $5.00 per hour raise., • A times, our customers have projects that require us to pay our Traffic Control Technicians prevailing wage rates. Those rates vary from $80.00 - $100.00 per hour. The jobs are offered to employees who demonstrate the worth ethic, availability, and knowledge of his/her position., • Some of our customers have projects that are further than two hours away from our hub locations. These locations will be classified as travel overnight jobs. All employees are required to do at least one week's worth of these travel jobs per month, if these jobs are available. Typically, these jobs run from monday through thursday.In order for our employee's to be home by thursday evening. These jobs pay an additional $5.00 per hour, including travel hourly pay to a hotel where the job site is located at company's expense., • Typical scheduled shifts are 70% day, 25% night, and 5% weekends. All applicants must have availability to be scheduled for any of these shifts. Our schedule is sent out by 5pm the previous day. In this role, you will act as an in-house consultant. You will independently plan, organize, and execute SAP-related projects with a focus on production, supply chain, warehouse, and quality management. You’ll manage and optimize SAP modules (PP/PI, MM/WM, QM) and support FI and CO integration, ensuring compliance with global IT standards and regulatory requirements. This is a full time, hybrid role located in/near St. Paul MN or West Caldwell, NJ • Hybrid potential after initial probationally period, up to 2 days/week, • Travel between the MN and NJ sites is required. What We’re Looking For: • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field., • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in SAP with functional and technical expertise in PP/PI, MM/WM, QM., • SAP Skills:, • SAP configuration and customizing experience, • ABAP development knowledge- ability to read code, • Familiarity with FI and CO integration, • Experience with barcode technologies, • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills., • Experience working in a GMP regulated environment., • Project management experience helpful, • Experience with at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
