The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of various massage techniques, a strong commitment to client satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic treatments to clients, helping to relieve stress, tension, and muscular discomfort while enhancing their overall well-being. Required Qualifications: • Valid and current state-issued massage therapy license/certification. • Proven experience in a professional massage therapy setting (1-3 years preferred). • In-depth knowledge of various massage techniques and their therapeutic benefits. • Ability to assess and address client needs with a high level of professionalism and empathy. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple clients in a day. • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with specialized treatments (e.g., aromatherapy, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage). • Certification in additional therapeutic modalities (e.g., myofascial release, trigger point therapy). • Previous experience in a spa, wellness center, or similar environment. Physical Requirements: • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and using hands and arms for extended periods. • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and assist clients in moving or adjusting positions during sessions. Position Summary Nail Technicians will be expected to provide various professional nail services including but not limited to: manicures, pedicures, gel, Gel-X, trending nail art, structure gel manicure, gel removals. Must have a general understanding of the nails, including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our salons specific nail service offerings.
