This role is for individuals who are organized, accountable, and confident communicators who can both run a tight operation and actively convert new families into enrolled students. The RoleYou are responsible for ensuring the school runs smoothly every day while also driving new student enrollment. You will own: • Front desk experience and communication, • Scheduling accuracy and operational execution, • Lead follow-up, tours, and enrollment conversion, • Administrative systems (billing, records, attendance)This is not a passive or purely administrative role. It requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently guide families to enroll.
