Positions Available: • Sales Associates, • Cashiers, • Stock Team Members, • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, efficient manner, • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on costumes, accessories, and makeup, • Maintain awareness of store layout and product availability, • Process transactions accurately and efficiently (Cashiers), • Stock and organize merchandise (Stock Team), • Fulfill and package online orders promptly (Online Orders), • Apply theatrical/special effects makeup for customers (Makeup Artists), • Keep the store clean, organized, and customer-ready, • Strong communication and customer service skills, • Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented attitude, • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy retail environment, • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak seasonal hours, • Makeup Artists: Experience in beauty, theatrical, or SFX makeup is a plus, • Fun, fast-paced, and creative work environment, • Flexible seasonal schedules, • Opportunities to gain retail, customer service, and merchandising experience, • Be part of a legendary NYC store that celebrates individuality and imagination!
