Job Description MISSION The Warren Center advocates, serves and empowers the children and families impacted by developmental delays and disabilities. The Chief Clinical and Program Officer (CCPO) will serve as a member of the Executive team and will report to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CCPO will implement the strategic vision and direction for The Warren Center’s programs to ensure services effectively meet the evolving needs of children and families. The CCPO will develop, implement, and oversee The Warren Center’s programming, Early Childhood Intervention services, Clinic Therapy services, Data Systems and Family Education and Support. Program Leadership • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all clinical and program services, including Early Childhood Intervention, clinic-based therapies, and Family Education & Support programs, • Ensure programs reflect evidence-based practices and respond to the evolving needs of children, families, and the community, • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness sustainability and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion, establishing annual and long-term program goals, • Identify opportunities to expand or strengthen programs based on community needs and funding opportunities, • Serve as a liaison between The Warren Center and external stakeholders, including community partners and referral sources, • Ensure programs are effectively led by qualified team leaders and supported with appropriate resources, • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational systems that support program effectiveness and compliance with funder requirements, • Participate in the annual budgeting process and maintain fiscal responsibility, • Support program leaders in maintaining high standards of clinical practice and service delivery, • Encourage collaboration among therapy disciplines and program staff, • Oversee program data systems and ensure accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of program performance and outcomes, • Prepare and provide program reports for leadership, funders, and stakeholders, • Use program data to guide decision-making, program improvements, and strategic planning To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate: • Problem Solving: Demonstrates strong analytical and critical-thinking skills by proactively identifying issues, gathering and evaluating relevant information, and developing effective, timely solutions. ADDITIONAL TECHNICAL SKILLS, TRAITS AND KNOWLEDGE To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each qualification satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • High energy and passion for The Warren Center’s mission is essential, • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of staff, Board leadership, volunteers, donors and the public, • Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information, • Clear and concise communication skills, • Professional, dependable, and proactive, • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail, • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physical Therapy, • Experience: 5+ years providing early childhood/pediatric therapy and 5+ years with demonstrated experience managing programs, staff, and budgets in a nonprofit, healthcare, or clinical program, • Occasional standing and lifting of at least 5 pounds, • Availability to attend evening and weekend events as needed, • Moderate to high-stress level, • Long periods of sitting The Warren Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we believe in an inclusive culture for all.
