Position Overview As aLicensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)at ECC, you bring a systems-based lens to healing ~ helping clients not just as individuals, but as part of the interconnected web of relationships that shape their lives. Your unique expertise in relational dynamics, attachment, and family systems will be essential to our mission of creating safe spaces for deep transformation. This role is ideal for therapists passionate about couples and family work, relational healing, and collaborative approaches to care. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping clients heal and grow in connection with themselves and others. Responsibilities • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing relational dynamics and systemic patterns, • Conduct thorough assessments and collaboratively design treatment plans, • Support clients in strengthening communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthier relationships, • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold ethical standards, • Participate in paid weekly consultations and monthly team meetings, • Collaborate with counselors, social workers, psychiatrists, and integrative practitioners, • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education Qualifications • Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field, • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State, • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (but not required), • Experience with couples, family systems, and relational interventions, • Proficiency with DSM-V or ICD-11 diagnostic frameworks, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Experience working with diverse populations, • Proficiency in EHR systems What We Offer • $40$53/hour with a 5% pay increase for an average of 30+ client hours per week, • No-cost medical, dental, and vision insurance for full-time employees, • Paid supervision and professional consultation, • 401(k), life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and sick leave, • Hybrid schedule options, • Full clinical, administrative and operational support including front desk office managerial support, billing, credentialing, and scheduling, • Comfortable, welcoming office spaces in Bellevue and Kirkland, • Opportunities for advancement on our amazing leadership team, • Stay current with developments in mental health through ongoing education and training, • Participate in co-facilitating groups, leading groups, or support designing and running your own specialized groups Join Us If youre passionate about relational healing and want to be part of an integrative, collaborative team redefining mental health care, wed love to hear from you.
