What We Offer • Competitive Pay Base salary + fee split, ranging $65K$90K+ (based on caseload & experience), • Full Benefits Health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and parental leave, • Flexibility Partial remote options; must provide in-office care as well, • Growth & Development CEUs, clinical supervision, leadership pathways, • Beautiful, Furnished Offices Professionally designed to be comfortable and inviting, • Supportive Culture Snacks, collaboration, and a team that values fun and authenticity What Youll Do • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, • Provide therapy for teens, families, and adults, • Deliver creative, evidence-based interventions that help clients exceed goals, • Collaborate with a dynamic, values-driven team and represent Ellie in the community What Were Looking For • Masters degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited university, • Active Michigan license (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, or LP), • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills, • Ability to work independently and within a team, • Experience with treatment plans, DAs, and case notes, • Comfort working with diverse populations, • Tech proficiency (Office 365, EHR; Valant a plus), • Bonus: Experience with teens, and/or families; leadership or supervisory experience Position Details • Minimum caseload: 25 client sessions/week (full-time), • Some evenings and Saturdays required (flexible scheduling available), • Regular 1:1s with Clinical Director, monthly team meetings, and ongoing professional development, • Compensation: $65,000$90,000+ based on caseload and experience If youre passionate about making a difference and want to join a team that supports YOU as much as your clients, wed love to hear from you!
