Job DescriptionJob Title: Press Brake Machine Setup Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic 1st shift team. This role operates from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime as required. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of experience working with press brakes in a fast-paced setting and possess the ability to quickly adapt and learn. Responsibilities • Run and set up the automated press brake (Triumph Brand)., • Read and interpret blueprints accurately., • Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and tape measures., • Load and modify programs in the machine using 3D CAD software., • Transform raw materials into finished products according to specifications., • Adapt quickly and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow in a forming environment.Essential Skills, • Minimum of six months of press brake experience or one year of CNC setup experience., • Proficient in reading blueprints., • Skilled in quality inspection using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and tape measures.Additional Skills & Qualifications, • Experience with press brake programming., • Background in forming processes.Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
