The Regional Office Supervisor ensures operational excellence across multiple clinic locations by fostering a culture of quality care, efficiency, and alignment with organizational core values. This position is accountable for maintaining overseeing multiple clinic sites and a professional work environment, staff supervision, and administrative support to senior management. The Regional Office Supervisor will work in close partnership with support teams, clinical leadership, operations leadership and the executive leadership team. This position reports to operations leadership. This position is for the West region. West region houses 5 clinic locations where a Regional Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing. Clinic locations include Tyrone, South Tampa, Seminole, 4th Strt, and Downtown Water Street. Additional regional details will be discussed during an initial interview. Requirements: Job Responsibilities: • The Regional Office Supervisor supervises daily procedures and teams, including front office, mid-office, and clinically trained teams, through coaching, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and separations, • Assists in onboarding, training and development of staff to ensure competency of assigned team members and compliance with policy and performance requirements, • Facilitates the operations of facility level functions including but not limited to inventory and supply ordering oversight and assigned staff scheduling oversight, • Uphold organizational standard of exceptional care and service, guaranteeing quality service and performance., • Builds and fosters collaborative relationships with Executive Leadership to stay informed of new initiatives/services, • Proactively identifies and addresses grievances and employee concerns, • Facilitate implementation of positive measures to create and maintain a healthy and productive work environment, • The Regional Office Supervisor assists in establishing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems for assigned areas, • Coaches and develop team members ensuring the organization’s Core Values and processes are upheld to the organization's standard, • Oversee key processes and performance reports, data, and analysis to ensure compliance and quality assurance, • Ability to effectively communicate within all levels and teams of the organization, • Comfortable taking initiative to head conversations and projects, • Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition Team to discuss and identify regional needs, • Ability to work independently and under limited supervision, • Able to work well under pressure and quickly pivot as needed, • Forward thinking ideas and suggestions to build and improve teams and organization, • Fluid multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize moving multiple situations at a time, • Ability to motivate others as a team and help them meet the goals of the organization and clinic, • Dedication and ability to make a positive impact with the teams and organization, • Exceptional organization and communication skills, • Keen attention to detail, • Performs other related duties as required, • Complete required training as assigned by the organization, • Regularly interacts with Providers/team members/patients face to face or electronically Job Requirements: • Demonstrate a high level of empathy and communication skills, • Exhibit white glove service through customer service and team interaction, • Effectively act as a liaison between patients and Providers, • Follow established office routines and organizational policies, • Reports to the Operations Director Education and Qualifications Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred, • Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare setting with at least two (2) years of lead or supervisory role, strongly preferred, • Experience and successful use of Microsoft Office Products, strongly preferred, • EMR knowledge, EPIC strongly preferred, • Demonstrated experience with staff scheduling, strongly preferred, • Current licensed LPN or RN for State of Florida strongly, preferred but not required Work Environment & Travel: • This position operates in a professional medical office environment, • This position routinely uses standard office equipment phone, fax, and electronic devices, • This position requires frequent computer use to complete administrative and operational tasks, • Sedentary, sitting for extended periods of time, • Regular travel between regional clinic locations is required (mileage program), • Monday-Friday, 8am, to 4pm, full-time basis with on-call availability, including but not limited to evening and weekend on-call rotation, • Salaried-exempt position This position is for the person who: • Thrives working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, • Has a passion for helping people and a servant’s heart, • Enjoys meaningful work that truly impacts the lives of others and the community, • Agile with the ability to adapt in a sometimes everchanging environment, • Strives to foster a positive work environment for team members and patients, • Continuously looks to improve the working environment and processes, • Frequently engages with management to discuss new ideas and suggestions, • Has a strong drive to challenge themselves and consistently exceed goals About the Organization: Tampa General Hospital and Fast Track Urgent Care have partnered together to create unique clinics for patients to receive compassionate and knowledgeable treatment.
