What Youll Do Be the Go-To Support Contact Handle client inquiries in English and Spanish, process policy changes and endorsements, assist with billing questions, provide ID cards, and guide customers through claims support. Create a Smooth Customer Experience Manage each interaction from initial contact to resolution, document accurately in the CRM, and meet established service standards. Contribute to Retention & Growth Conduct account reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend solutions through a consultative approachfocusing on what genuinely benefits the customer. Work as a Team Player Partner with colleagues to achieve service, retention, and quality goals while ensuring clients feel supported and cared for.
