Job Description The Project Coordinator, Subcontractor Diversity will guide the firm’s efforts to ensure full compliance with Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Section 3 Business Concern goals on public-sector design-build projects throughout New York City. This role requires a deep knowledge of NYC procurement regulations, particularly NYC Local Law 1 of 2013, Article 15-A of the NY Executive Law and the HUD Act of 1968 as well as a proactive approach to engagement, tracking, and reporting of MWBE and Section 3 participation. The Project Coordinator, Subcontractor Diversity will work closely with internal teams—including preconstruction, legal, procurement, and project delivery—as well as subcontractors and agency representatives, to ensure that all contractual compliance goals are met or exceeded.
