Job Description: Position Summary: HSL offers enhanced housing with services to seniors residing in its three affordable housing locations and at partner housing sites, aiming to improve the quality of life and support independent living. At its core, enhanced housing with services is a proactive approach wherein resident services staff regularly and actively reach out to each resident to engage with them around their health and wellness, identify areas of need/risk, and provide intensive, individualized case management and support as needed and desired by the resident. The Nurse Care Manager is a key member of the housing team, working to support residents in living independently and safely for as long as possible by developing meaningful relationships with them and providing holistic support. The Care Manager works closely with other team members to: engage residents in wellness assessments and health education programs, connect residents to needed services, triage resident issues, provide a wide variety of case management tasks including coordinating care for residents returning home from hospital and/or rehab stays, ensure that all interventions are documented and tracked, and partner with community provider organizations. Job DescriptionStatement of Duties The Residential Decarbonization Manager will support the City’s goal of an equitable, resilient, thriving, and carbon-negative city. The Manager will be responsible for reducing and mitigating emissions from residential buildings, the community’s largest source of greenhouse gas emissions. The Manager is expected to educate property owners and residents, reduce energy burdens, and facilitate the transition to all-electric and renewable systems through equity- centered initiatives. Possess a valid MA Driver’s License, with a responsible driving record OR the ability to move independently between various job sites in one day. Preferred: Master’s Degree in urban planning, environmental science, studies, or policy, sustainable design, climate change, architectural, mechanical or electrical engineering, or related field. Experience managing or coordinating a federally funded initiative. Previous experience working with contractors. Experience with system design and installation for heat pumps. Job DescriptionDescription: While opioid-related overdose fatalities have been declining overall in Massachusetts, BIPOC and Latinx communities are seeing dramatic surges in overdose fatalities. At the same time, many PWUD (people who use drugs) in areas disproportionately affected by this are often underserved by harm reduction services, unaware of these services, and/or do not view themselves as eligible or in need of them. Fenway Health’s Department of Prevention aims to tackle this issue head-on through hiring a Bi-Lingual Outreach Specialist. The ideal candidate is one who can bring a breadth of cultural knowledge and diversity to better serve these communities through culturally competent street and mobile outreach for active injection drug users in high-need areas of the cities of Cambridge, Boston, and Somerville. Under the supervision of the Outreach Coordinator, The Bi-Lingual Outreach Specialist will also conduct HIV/HCV/STI testing, provide overdose prevention trainings with clients, community groups, and businesses, and will provide on-site health education duties as needed. Primary Responsibilities: • Conduct street and mobile outreach activities with active drug users in areas or neighborhoods identified as high-risk or high-need within program catchment areas. This catchment area includes, but is not limited to: East Somerville, the Roxbury and Jamaica Plain neighborhoods of Boston, and Cambridge., • Distribute safer sex, overdose prevention, and injection supplies to people who use drugs (PWUD). Collect used syringes for safe disposal., • Provide written and verbal harm reduction information on safer injection strategies, vein and abscess care, overdose prevention and HIV, STD and Hepatitis transmission to program participants and area providers. Provide appropriate referrals., • Provide practical interventions relating to injection site issues, including advice for basic wound and/or abscess care., • Break down language barriers by providing these interventions in two languages when necessary (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese)., • Conduct rapid testing for HIV. Provide screening and risk reduction sessions, as well as education and referrals as necessary., • Provide training on overdose prevention and naloxone (Narcan) to active users, their allies, and other service providers., • Provide clients with easily accessible, low threshold services that operate within the harm reduction framework. This includes assisting clients with accessing support services such as primary care, drug treatment, homeless shelters and legal advocacy, as well as enrolling them in syringe exchange and overdose prevention services., • Participate in daily drop-in operations when needed including, opening and closing procedures to help ensure facilities are clean, safe and welcoming., • Conduct activities related to building and maintaining partnerships with community partners, and conduct community advocacy., • Assist Program Manager in program development and evaluation., • Assist program Manager in vehicle maintenance., • Respond to overdose and behavioral health crises as necessary., • Under supervision of Program Manager, gain Overdose Prevention Master Trainer designation from funders., • Assist Outreach Coordinator in training and certification of new staff to conduct overdose prevention trainings., • Adhere to all agency and departmental policies and procedures, • Participate in quality assessment and improvement activities as requested, • Adhere to the highest principles of client confidentiality, • Adhere to established safety policies, procedures and precautions; enforce agency’s policies and clinical procedures, including safety and crisis procedures., • Attend all required meetings, in-services and professional trainings, • Minimum two-years relevant work experience. Responsibilities: • Own and drive onboarding, adoption, and advocacy across a portfolio of customers., • Work with customers to build success plans, establish critical goals, and aid customers in achieving their objectives., • Design and execute a value roadmap for each customer in your portfolio., • Establish regular cadence calls (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly) with each assigned customer., • Conduct Quarterly business reviews to ensure successful outcomes from CyberArk solutions., • Review executive dashboards and program status, continually measuring and monitoring customer health metrics and KPIs., • Solidify your position as a trusted advisor/strategic advisor with all customers and drive continued value of our products and services., • Partner with CyberArk Account Team (Account Executives, Security Architects, Sales Engineers, and Training) to find opportunities for new usage of CyberArk across organizational functions, and build contract renewal, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities., • Define success plans for at-risk customers and execute them in collaboration with functional team., • Act as the voice of the customer internally to advocate customers’ needs., • Leverage internal tools, including Gainsight, to archive customer activity and other key data points., • Identify and communicate areas for improvement in the customer experience including both product and process. #LI-EB1 Qualifications • 5+ years relevant work experience in customer success, consulting, post-sales technical account management and similar roles., • Strong consulting and project management skills with proven results working as a trusted advisor to drive business value for customers, including the ability to interact with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth., • Previous experience working with US Federal/DoD/public sector customers highly desired., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex topics in a friendly and approachable manner for both executive and end-user audiences., • Previous experience with a Cybersecurity/SaaS solutions company and/or an enterprise software company working with large enterprise customers highly desired., • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) as well as on-premises IT landscape, • Solid understanding of concepts and the development of security roles within organizations, • Practical experience with enterprise Directory services (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure etc.) including support and security operations., • Fundamental technological knowledge of networking environments, • Experience installing and supporting enterprise software on Windows and UNIX platforms., • Prior experience with CyberArk Software solutions is preferred or relevant experience with enterprise applications, security management, systems management, identity management, and/or policy management solutions -especially in the IAM and SIEM space., • Up to 25% travel Additional Information CyberArk is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The salary range for this position is $82,000 – $120,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
