Essential Duties & Responsibilities In this critical role, you’ll be the key to our clients’ success by: • Swiftly resolving or escalating client-reported incidents to keep operations running smoothly., • Proactively monitoring alerts from our cutting-edge tools to address issues before clients even notice. To thrive in this role, you’ll bring: • Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to connect with clients and colleagues effectively., • Multitasking mastery, juggling multiple priorities and projects with ease., • Strong customer relationship skills, building trust and rapport with every interaction., • Organizational prowess, with a detail-oriented and self-motivated mindset., • Technical expertise, including proficiency in Windows 10/11, basic networking configurations, and email communication., • Problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and deliver solutions under pressure., • Team spirit, fostering positive and collaborative relationships while working independently when needed. Your success will be measured by: • Exceeding client expectations and surpassing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across various client contracts., • Driving profitability through efficient incident resolution and proactive issue prevention. We’re looking for candidates with: • 4+ years of experience in Information Technology (required)., • Associate’s degree or higher (required)., • Must possess one of the following (or pass the test of one within the first month):, • A+ Certification, NET+ Certification or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), • A positive, client-focused attitude and comfort interacting with clients., • Work from Home: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely with all the tools you need provided., • Occasional Onsite Visits: Be ready to visit client sites when necessary to resolve issues hands-on.
