What you’ll do: * Teach Digital Design Classes: Teach weekly art and / or digital art classes from 3pm to 7pm during the week and during the day on Saturdays for a variety of ages * Ensure Student Success: Ensure student success in the studio and lab by actively engaging with students and teachers to observe, document and communicate their progress and opportunities for growth * Provide Hospitality Service & Communication: Conduct proactive check-ins with parents, students and families, support makeup scheduling, discuss student progress and opportunities for growth, upsells to additional classes / camps. * Implement One River Methodology Curriculum: Review lesson plans/resources on time and implement the One River Method through each class effectively and contribute to lesson plan development regularly * Run a best-in-class studio: Maintain the digital lab, Clean and organize studio spaces and student artwork and oversee digital lab maintenance Requirements: * BA/BS in Visual Art, Art Education or Design (Master’s a plus) or equivalent professional experience * 3+ years experience teaching visual arts for K–12 and/or adults.
