Job Summary: Pastry Sous Chef will be responsible to ensure exceptional preparation of all desserts and pastries to all guests and have the ability to develop and maintain a strong team environment that is consistent and continually in accordance to the Bern’s Steak House/Harry Waugh Room standards. This is a mostly PM shift and will need the candidate to work late-night hours.
