Job Description ARCHITECT I The individual in this role applies advanced concepts and designs to a variety of projects across varying market sectors, managing and guiding the well-being and productive functioning of CPL’s architectural design teams. The Architect I is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and recommending technical design solutions that meet and exceed client needs for any assigned project. Reporting to a Project Manager or Principal, you provide consultation throughout the planning, design and coordination of complex assignments and carry out novel assignments requiring the development of new/improved techniques and procedures. In this position, you are moderately independent and work on complex small to moderate-size projects. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the New York Pay Transparency Law. Job Description Pediatric Rehabilitation Supervisor Position Overview The Pediatric Rehabilitation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing therapy services across outpatient, early intervention, and preschool settings. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, family-centered, and developmentally appropriate care while supervising staff, maintaining compliance, and supporting program growth. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Pediatric Rehabilitation Supervisor carries a clinical caseload in compliance with CPT/OT and TCC expectations. Key Responsibilities 1. Clinical Oversight · Outpatient Clinic: Supervise PT/OT/SLP services; ensure individualized care and child safety. · Early Intervention (0-3 yrs): Oversee home and community-based therapies with a developmental and family-centered focus. · Preschool (3-5 yrs): Manage therapy services in sensory gym and community-based settings; integrate interventions into daily preschool routines. 2. Compliance & Regulations · Outpatient Clinic: Ensure adherence to medical/clinical guidelines, insurance, and documentation standards. · Early Intervention: Maintain compliance with IDEA Part C, including IFSP timelines and regulatory requirements. · Preschool: Ensure compliance with IDEA Part B and oversee IEP implementation in therapy and classroom settings. 3. Staff Supervision · Mentor, evaluate, and schedule therapists and support staff; foster interdisciplinary teamwork. · Conduct chart reviews; cosign treatment notes as required. · Early Intervention: Provide direct supervision of treatment services at least monthly. · Preschool: Provide direct supervision at initiation of services and during annual reviews. 4. Collaboration · Outpatient Clinic: Partner with physicians, specialists, and families to support continuity of care. · Early Intervention: Collaborate with service coordinators, social workers, and medical providers; serve as a member of the LEICC. · Preschool: Work with teachers, special educators, and related staff to promote inclusive practices. 6. Program Development & Quality Assurance · Track outcomes, productivity, and documentation; contribute to budgeting and program planning. · Monitor service quality, state reporting, and child outcome data. · Evaluate therapy effectiveness and support inclusive program design. 7.
