Job Summary As a Residential Door-to-Door Sales Specialist, your day-to-day work centers on connecting directly with potential customers in their homes to introduce and sell internet products and services. Each day begins with planning your territory and schedule, giving you the independence to maximize opportunities while working within your assigned area. You’ll spend much of your time engaging face-to-face with residents, listening to their needs, and building rapport to effectively communicate. Using a company-owned vehicle, you’ll travel between prospects, process orders on-site, ensure service activation, and set up accurate billing, all while following up to confirm customer satisfaction and strengthen referral networks. Comfort is prioritized throughout the year, with perks like air-conditioned vehicles, cooling towels, popsicles, and chilled water during the summer, and beanies, hand warmers, and hot cocoa in the winter. Your role also involves meeting sales targets, leveraging user-friendly technology that eliminates internal channel conflicts, and occasionally attending special events to expand your network and boost sales opportunities. With transferable skills from customer service, retail, hospitality, or canvassing, you’ll thrive in this role by combining resilience, relationship-building, and communication to drive success every day. • Base Salary: $37,000 annually, • Will make 70k if they hit bare minimum target. Can easily make ~100k+, • Commission Structure:, • Earn extra each month—if you meet your sales targets, you can expect about $2,900 monthly (with no cap)., • Benefits:, • Sign-on bonus: $5,000, paid in three installments., • Full benefits package: Medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, paid time off (PTO), and 401k match., • Tools provided: iPad/tablet, cellphone, and access to a company car (cars stay at the local office)., • Work Schedule:, • Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day., • Should be able to meet weekly goals in a 5-day work week, but weekends may be needed if they fall behind., • Most of their time will be spent out in the field, meeting potential customers, • Will start with a paid, 5-week training/residency program., • Training hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (Eastern Time)., • Week 1: Report to local office for virtual training with HR, IT, and Learning & Development teams to learn about systems, products, and processes., • Weeks 2–5: will be paired with a Virtual Regional Sales Coach for support and skill-building in outside sales., • There’s also an option to travel to a regional office for extra training—if they go, all travel costs covered., • Interview Process: 1 virtual interview with sales manager
