Job Description ABOUT THE JOB: We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to drive the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that connect our demand generation programs, events, and strategic sales initiatives. This role is the connective tissue across teams ensuring campaigns are audience-focused, message-driven, and designed to generate pipeline. You don’t need to be a deep channel expert in everything, but you do need to know enough about digital channels, email, and events to build smart campaign strategies. You’ll partner closely with digital marketers, event managers, and sales to make sure campaigns come to life and hit their targets This role offers both a remote and hybrid option. Employees located within 30 miles of Plano TX, are required to be in-office Tuesday through Thursday each week. Those residing beyond this radius may be considered for a fully remote arrangement, depending on experience and business needs. What You’ll Do: * Own campaign strategy from brief to launch, ensuring alignment with revenue goals. * Define campaign audiences, key messages, and content needs in collaboration with product marketing and sales. * Write and edit campaign copy, including email sequences and campaign messaging frameworks. * Partner with digital, content, and event teams to bring campaigns to market across channels. * Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and reporting to keep all stakeholders aligned. * Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for pipeline and sales-qualified opportunities. * Serve as the “quarterback” — connecting strategy, execution, and measurement across teams. What You’ll Bring: * 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management. * Strong writing and messaging skills, especially for email and digital channels. * Ability to understand and collaborate on digital marketing tactics (email, paid, social, web), without needing to run every channel yourself. * Experience partnering with sales teams and aligning campaigns to pipeline goals. * Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once. * Data-driven mindset with an eye toward results, not just activity. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills.
