Job DescriptionJob Title: REMOTE Territory Sales Manager – Specialty Chemicals & APIsCompensation: $100,000–$130,000 base + performance incentives Location: Remote (U.S.) Industry: Specialty Chemicals / APIs / Pharmaceutical Intermediates Overview A global manufacturer of specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical ingredients is expanding its North American commercial team. This is a high-impact sales role focused on growth within key verticals including iodine derivatives, intermediates for anti-cancer and contrast media, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The role is modeled on a proven sales structure used for similar markets, emphasizing relationship management, business development, and strategic positioning across nutraceutical, pharma, and fine chemical sectors. Key Responsibilities * Drive sales growth across the North American territory for specialty ingredients, vitamins, chemicals and minerals for sports nutrition * Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across the following categories: * Supplement Manufacturers * Contract Manufacturers * * Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and manufacturers. * Collaborate closely with global production and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and delivery. * Analyze market trends and identify high-value prospects for long-term partnerships. * Represent the company at key trade shows and industry events (e.g., IFT, SupplySide West). * Prepare detailed reports and forecasts for executive management. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus). * Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales of ingredients, vitamins, chemicals and minerals for sports nutrition * Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and building strategic partnerships. * Familiarity with regulated markets (FDA, REACH, GMP) preferred. * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; able to operate with minimal supervision. Job Description As a Field Sales Representative at the Pittsburgh Paints Company (PPC) supporting The Home Depot, you will cultivate and execute sales plans and sell PPC products through several of the Home Depot stores. Primary end-use customers will include multi-family maintenance, facilities maintenance, residential repaint, hospitality and government. You will be assigned Pro Managed Accounts within a territory and have responsibility for organic growth and new customer acquisition and development. You will work onsite in the Brooklyn, New York territory and report to the Regional Manager. Key Responsibilities • Partner with The Home Depot management teams to develop and achieve sales growth plans., • Engage customers throughout The Home Depot store looking to uncover opportunities to introduce PPC products., • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management Tool (CRM) – you will increase sales growth of the PRO customers' list of accounts., • Analyze territory sales performance reports and develop strategic territory business plans to support growth., • Identify in-store selling opportunities to secure wing stacks, bulk stacks, end caps, and stack outs to create impactful, cross merchandised, product displays., • Ensure automatic replenishment system (CAR) is supplying product to support rate of sale, and on-hand inventory counts are accurate by performing cycle counts., • Maintain color centers and perform shelf maintenance of all products in addition to completing resets of shelves and product during Product Line Reviews. Qualifications • Minimum education High School Diploma with 1 year of sales experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred., • 1 Year of experience can include educational classes and/or internships., • This position is based on a 45-hour work week which includes base salary and overtime., • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. The base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 with five hours of overtime weekly and a possibility of an annual bonus up to $7,500.
