Why join us: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Expand our pipeline of qualified opportunities and build relationships by opening sales conversations with prospects who align with UpKeep's ideal customer profile, • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, while strategically partnering with Territory Managers to create and run playbooks for winning prioritized accounts, • Create account plans by conducting research and synthesizing information and other materials that reflect a comprehensive understanding of UpKeep's customers' needs and how UpKeep delivers value, • Drive Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, sales sequences and nurture campaigns, • Efficiently determine a prospect's interest in our product and initially screen for needs, • Engage with prospects over email, phone, and other strategic networking channels to qualify and set appointments for Territory Managers, • Meet or exceed strategic goals and committed targets by engaging with qualified leads and enabling the next step in the sales cycle, • Participate in/travel to industry events to meet with potential clients in-person, • Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs., • Update and maintain CRM database (Salesforce.com), • Proximity to our office location in Brentwood, CA for in-person collaboration EXPERIENCE • 2+ years of outbound B2B software / SaaS sales experience KNOWLEDGE • Outbound sales experience; the ability to self-generate leads through various strategies to supplement the sales pipeline., • Experience interacting with director-level executives and up, • Salesforce.com or a similar modern CRM tool a plus, • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism, • Passion for technology and a desire to make a major impact at a high-growth startup, • Results-oriented individual who is excited by the prospect of fueling our company's continued growth and success, possessing a "can-do" attitude and relentless in pursuing goals and solving problems DESIRED BEHAVIORS • Receptive to change – is flexible. COMPENSATION This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone's compensation–including a candidate's professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below. The base pay for this role is: $67,500 USD per year ($90,000 OTE).
