Job Description Overview Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking a Scrum Master II to provide servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams. You will coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and XP practices, foster self-organization, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement, and ensure impediments are addressed while keeping stakeholders informed. Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities: * Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives. * Coach teams on agile practices including user stories, TDD/ATDD, story mapping, and continuous integration. * Promote continuous improvement and foster a high-performing team culture. * Address blockers beyond team authority and escalate as needed. * Collaborate with other Agile Leaders to improve Agile adoption across the organization. * Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters and facilitate learning opportunities. * Maintain internal control standards and adhere to risk/regulatory policies. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years on an agile team, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master, or equivalent experience. * Scaled Agile experience, PI Planning, and Risk Management expertise. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in multiple technology team roles (PM, UX, BA, Developer, Tester). * Knowledge of Agile/Lean principles, Design Thinking, and digital capabilities. * Strong verbal and written communication; proven ability to lead through influence.
