Job DescriptionWhat is it for you: • Part of LX Group, a 30+ year family-owned business in the foodservice equipment industry, • Flagship brand: Restaurant Equipment Market (REM) – a B2B retail model similar to Home Depot for restaurant equipment, • Strong growth trajectory with plans to expand to 3–4 branches in the Metro Atlanta market, • Stable, growing company with tremendous opportunity for career advancement, • Competitive compensation and benefitsJob Type : Full TimeLocation : Atlanta, GeorgiaPay : Excellent Job Description What You Will Be Doing, • Act as the business leader / “mini-CEO” for the REM division, • Own full P&L responsibility for a ~$50M business unit, • Lead sales + operations across retail, warehouse, and fulfillmentGrowth & Expansion, • Drive branch expansion strategy (1 → 3–4 locations) in Metro Atlanta, • Identify market opportunities and support new store launches, • Build scalable systems to support multi-unit growthSales Leadership, • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies (target ~10–12% YoY post ramp-up), • Lead pricing, promotions, and local market initiatives, • Grow B2B customer base (restaurants, contractors, business owners)Operations Management, • Oversee day-to-day operations (retail + warehouse + fulfillment), • Standardize processes, improve efficiency, and drive KPIs, • Ensure strong inventory, merchandising, and customer experience standardsTeam Leadership, • Lead a team of ~20 employees (including 3 direct managers), • Build, mentor, and scale teams as new branches open, • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and performanceCross-Functional Collaboration, • Partner with centralized teams (finance, supply chain, marketing), • Support systems implementation (POS, ERP, CRM), • Act as the voice of the customer in strategic decisionsExperience You Will Need, • 10+ years of experience in:, • Multi-unit retail leadership OR, • B2B / contractor-facing retail OR, • Foodservice / restaurant supply / industrial retail, • Should manage team size of (20 people, 3 managers), • Proven experience managing branch-based or multi-location operations, • Mandarin OR Chinese speaking #INDEH123
