The Provider Strategy team is on the frontlines of that mission — tackling the challenge of making Nourish the best place for dietitians to practice while driving better health outcomes for patients. As a Provider Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll dive into one of the most complex and rewarding problems in healthcare tech: balancing provider satisfaction, patient experience, and health outcomes at scale. You'll work directly with our Provider Strategy & Operations Senior Lead and partner closely with Care Strategy, People, Finance, and Product to design scalable systems, pilot new, strategic initiatives, and improve provider workflows that enable 3,000+ dietitians to deliver life-changing care.
