Job Description We are seeking a Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team! You will plan physical rehabilitative programs to improve patient quality of life. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation, • Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery, • Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress, • Record and document patient care services, • Previous experience in outpatient physical therapy is preferred, but not required, • Obviously a PTLA or higher degree, allowing you to work as a PT in the state of CA, • Ability to handle physical workload, • Ability to build rapport with patients, • Ability to maintain strong relationships with staff, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • no micromanaging, • 30 minute booking slots, • 1 hour evaluations, • mildly flexible schedule, but it should be kept consistent once starting, • each PT has their own aide to help with the patients, keeping the trio of aide/PT/pt close, • clean office space with plenty of breathing room, • great staff and atmosphere, • private evaluation and treatment rooms, along with a large open gym.
