
Viva Superheroes Behavior Services is seeking caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you’ll work directly with children and families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in-home, school, or community settings Collect and record accurate data on client progress using electronic systems Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs as directed by the BCBA Communicate professionally with supervisors and client families Attend regular training and supervision meetings Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA and company policies Qualifications: High school diploma required; some college preferred Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance Background check clearance (Live Scan) Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and recent TB test Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred but not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly encouraged to apply Benefits: Paid training and supervision Opportunities for professional growth and RBT certification Aflec coverage Flexible schedules (part-time or full-time) Supportive and collaborative work environment
